Figurine with photo holder from Disneyland Paris Park (before Euro Disney). Fairly old figurine with a round grey base that represents the cobbled streets of Paris. Daisy and Minnie are slung together with their purses on their shoulders and behind them are shopping bags and boxes full of purchases. Metal rod with a resin heart at the end with "Best Friends" written on it on the back of the heart you can slip your photo in it
