Deliveries and returns 

Our methods of sending:

DisneyShop Collection  working with the following carriers: Mondial Relay and La Poste. 

DisneyShop Collection shipments to France and internationally (see countries delivered).

Orders are shipped within 72 hours after receiving your payment. A link to the tracking number of your parcel will then be communicated to you by email. 

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and shipping costs. Items are carefully packed to ensure they are well received. 

DisneShop Collection  will not be responsible for loss or degradation during transport. The shipment to Mondial Relay includes insurance of up to 20 euros in case of loss, mailing (letter followed, colissimo and chronopost) includes insurance in case of loss ranging from 15 euros maximum for a letter followed to 30 euros maximum for a parcel


DisneyShop Collection  promotes recycling by favouring packaging that has already been used (various cartons, envelopes, bubbles, newspapers ...)

  • Italy, Portugal and Austria : from 11.70 euros to 15.60 euros
  • Spain : from 8.90 euros to 14.60 euros
  • Germany: from 10 euros to 14.60 euros
  • United Kingdom: from 10.70 euros to 14.60 euros

By La Poste (Insurance included in case of loss refund of 15 to 30 euros max)

  • France: 3.95 euros at 23 euros with follow-up
  • Europe (Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy, Portugal, United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, Austria, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Sweden and Switzerland):   from 6.65 euros to 40.70 euros with follow-up
  • World (Japan, USA, Australia, Canada, China, Hong Kong): 6.65 euros to 121.50 euros with follow-up

Chronopost Chrono13 (delivery the next day before 1pm after departure of the package) for France From 29 euros to 40 euros. (Insurance included in case of loss refund up to 30 euros)

Our return policy: 

The customer has 14 free days from delivery to make a return request by email or via the customer space and return the product. for no particular reason, the costs of follow-up return being borne by him (unless we're mistaken). The product must be returned under the same conditions as for the follow-up shipment. It is then refunded the price of the product in the month of receipt of it by the company DisneyShop Collection. 

Unless I'm mistaken, DisneyShop Collection The shipping costs gone and returns will remain at the buyer's expense in the event of a change of heart. However, products returned incomplete, damaged or soiled are not taken back. In case of payment by PayPal, PayPal does not reimburse the costs related to the sale so they will not be reimbursed by us. Therefore they will remain at the buyer's expense.

 VWe must return the ordered product within 14 days of sending. It is obligatory to send us a cancellation request by email, via your customer espcae or by follow-up mail, before the product is returned, if not. DisneyShop Collection reserves the right not to refuse removal.
