Frank is a harvester cow in the movie Cars. Frank goes after any vehicle that dares to cross his path, once caught, the culprit finds himself in a transformation chamber filled with water. 

The game therefore requires a Cars vehicle that can change color in the water. 

Very rare but incomplete game it lacks the lift (to get the car out of the transformation chamber) and the McQueen Flash vehicle provided in the original pack

This rare model was marketed in 2017
