GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE / DisneyShop Collection
1. IDENTITY OF THE SELLER
DisneyShop Collection is an unofficial website for selling second-hand Disney products.
DisneyShop Collection is not affiliated with The Walt Disney Company or any of its subsidiaries.
The products offered are exclusively second-hand items, items that have already been used or come from personal collections acquired from individuals.
The texts and photographs on the site are the exclusive property of DisneyShop Collection. Any reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited.
2. PURPOSE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the sale of second-hand products offered by DisneyShop Collection to any natural person acting in a consumer capacity.
Any order placed on the site implies full, complete and unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.
DisneyShop Collection reserves the right to change the T&Cs at any time. The applicable T&Cs are those in force on the date of the order.
3. PRODUCT PRESENTATION
The essential characteristics of the products are described as accurately as possible.
The photographs are non-contractual. Slight differences in appearance may exist due to normal wear and tear due to the second-hand nature of the products.
4. PRIZES
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs.
Delivery costs are specified before the final validation of the order.
DisneyShop Collection reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The price invoiced is the one in force at the time of validation of the order.
Free shipping costs will ONLY be made by Mondial Relay or tracked letter, the place of receipt remaining at the buyer's choice.
5. ORDER – FIRM COMMITMENT
Any order validated and paid for constitutes a firm and definitive commitment by the buyer.
In accordance with the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is exercised only from the receipt of the product.
👉 As a result, no order cancellation can be demanded by the customer before shipment, even when the order has not yet been sent.
Any request for cancellation prior to shipment is an optional gesture of goodwill, at the sole discretion of DisneyShop Collection, and is not automatic or mandatory.
6. MANAGEMENT FEES IN CASE OF ACCEPTED CANCELLATION
If, on an exceptional basis, DisneyShop Collection accepts a cancellation before shipment:
- Payment fees (PayPal, credit card or other providers) are not refunded, as these are definitively acquired by the payment platforms.
- A flat-rate management fee may be retained to cover the administrative, technical and processing costs of the order.
👉 The amount of the management fee may be up to 10% of the total amount of the order, with a minimum of €2.50, without this being contestable.
7. TERMS OF PAYMENT
Payment is due in full at the time of ordering.

Bank transfer
Orders paid by bank transfer must be credited within 5 calendar days. After this time, the order will be cancelled and the items will be put back on sale.
8. DELIVERY – RESPONSIBILITY FOR TRANSPORTATION
DisneyShop Collection is responsible for the proper execution of the delivery until the actual delivery of the package to the customer, in accordance with Article L216-4 of the Consumer Code.
In the event of loss, damage or delay attributable to the carrier, DisneyShop Collection undertakes to assist the customer in the necessary steps with the carrier in order to open a claim.
However, DisneyShop Collection cannot be held liable in the following cases:

incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer,

absence of the customer during delivery,

failure to claim the parcel within the deadlines set by the carrier (Mondial Relay, La Poste, etc.).
📦 Upon receipt of the package, the customer is required to check the condition of the packaging and the product.
Any discrepancies must be reported to the carrier and confirmed to DisneyShop Collection in writing within a maximum of 48 hours.
9. UNCLAIMED PACKAGE
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES – CUSTOMER DEFAULT
Any package not claimed by the customer and returned to DisneyShop Collection due to absence, refusal of delivery or non-collection within the time limits set by the carrier (La Poste, Mondial Relay, or any other service provider) will be considered as the result of a default by the customer.
The returned package will be held by DisneyShop Collection for a maximum of two (2) months from the date of receipt at our facility.
After this two-month period, without written notification from the customer or payment of the reshipping costs, the items concerned will become fully and permanently the property of DisneyShop Collection, without any refund, compensation or recourse being demanded by the customer.
Any return and reshipment costs remain entirely at the customer's expense.
10. SATISFIED OR REFUNDED – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 clear days from receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reason.
No order cancellations are accepted before shipment.
Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer, unless an error is attributable to DisneyShop Collection.
Products must be returned in their original condition. Incomplete, damaged or soiled items will not be returned.
The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.
11. PERSONAL DATA
The personal data collected is used exclusively for order processing and customer relations, in accordance with the regulations in force.
The customer has the right to access, rectify and delete his personal data.
12. APPLICABLE LAW – DISPUTES
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to French law.
Any dispute will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
