Our shipping methods

DisneyShopCollection works with the following carriers:

  • Mondial Relay

  • The Post Office

  • Happy Post

DisneyShopCollection makes deliveries in France and internationally (see the list of countries delivered).

Orders are shipped within 72 hours of receiving your payment.
A link with the tracking number of your package will be sent to you by email.

Shipping costs include:

  • packaging costs,

  • handling costs,

  • shipping costs.

Items are carefully packaged to ensure they are well received.

DisneyShopCollection cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage attributable to the carrier.


Packaging

DisneyShopCollection promotes an eco-responsible approach by favoring recycled packaging, such as:

  • boxes already used,

  • envelopes,

  • bubble wrap,

  • newsprint, etc.


Return Policy

The customer has a period of 14 clear days from delivery to:

  • make a return request by e-mail or via the customer area,

The costs of return delivery by tracked delivery remain at the customer's expense, unless an error is attributable to DisneyShopCollection.

Items must be returned in the same condition as described in the listing.
Any damaged, soiled, incomplete or degraded item may be refused or subject to a partial refund or no refund at all.

The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt and verification of the return by DisneyShopCollection.


⚠️ Important Terms

Unless DisneyShopCollection is mistaken:

  • the cost of outward and return shipping remains at the expense of the buyer in the event of a change of mind;

  • Products returned incomplete, damaged or soiled will not be returned.

In case of payment by PayPal or Stripe, the transaction fees charged by these platforms are not reimbursedby them and therefore cannot be reimbursed by DisneyShopCollection.
They remain at the expense of the buyer.


Cancellation Request Procedure

The product must be returned within 14 days of the cancellation request.

⚠️ It is mandatory to send a prior cancellation request:

  • by e-mail,

  • via the customer area,

  • or by tracked mail.

Failure to do so will result in DisneyShopCollection reserving the right to refuse the return.
